Position: Enrollment Management Assistant
Position Summary:
This position will assist the Registrar with SUNY & Non SUNY articulated cross registration, as well as reverse transfer
Serving as the Records/Registration liaison for these initiative & articulations will insure that student’s registration process are seamless & expedient. Additionally, this position will be the primary representative for Credential Solutions/Parchment, the back up person to the Assistant Registrar for incoming transfer credit evaluation, degree works & our imaging solutions and correct duplicate student accounts.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in Records/Registration at a Community college preferred. Knowledge of all facets of the enrollment process, FERPA, Banner, OnBase and NOLIJ.
Starting Salary: $53,414 - $60,000
