Liaison Personnel

Crossroads is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as a Liaison to support the NSWG2 Tradet Role Players effort. This person would serve various locations on the East Coast and Midwest.

• The contractor shall provide a LNO to serve as single point of contact between the USG representative and the contractor, with the authority to manage all contractor personnel, during each training event.
• The contractor shall provide uninterruptible LNO support for the duration of each exercise. The Government does not authorize cross-utilization of LNO support with other functions under paragraph 4.0.
• The LNO shall be physically located (defined as located on-base, on-site and within the exercise theatre) with NSWC staff at each place of performance during all training events.
• The LNO shall be reachable by telephone at any time, during all training events.
• The LNO shall coordinate multiple times daily with NSWC staff.
• The LNO shall be responsible for all logistics (travel, accommodations, etc.) and administrative coordination (base access, collection of contractor observations documentation, etc.) for contractor employees before, during, and after all training events.
• The LNO shall collect and provide contractor documentation of observations to NSWC staff as required by NSWC throughout event and/or upon completion of the training event.

-Possess an active SECRET security clearance; if not in possession of a current SECRET clearance, shall meet all eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance.
