SCOPE:
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting to VP of Assetswill be an integral leader on the asset management team at a privately held real estate investment firm. This position will be instrumental in generating robust metrics by analyzing financial and operating data and by monitoring vertically integrated business units. The ideal candidate will be individually proficient, able to lead a team, and motivated to apply analytics to drive company performance.

COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $130,000/Yr (Based on experience) plus annual bonus eligible up to 10% of individual/company performance
LOCATION: Skokie, IL - Home Office (Hybrid work format)
