CNC Mill Machinist w/set up experience – Second Shift availability
Position Summary:
We are hiring experienced CNC Mill Machinists with strong set up experience for second shift to help set up and operate horizontal and vertical CNC mills. You will be working closely with office and shop personnel and will be reporting to the Production Manager.
Second shift hours are 4:00pm – 2:30 am Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Read technical drawings
- Set up machines for Operators
- Perform quality assurance checks for in process inspection
- Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and run set up jobs
- Performs routine maintenance on CNC machine.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to read and understand CNC programs at machine
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical problems that arise
- Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential
- Should have a positive and professional attitude
- Available to work overtime
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time
