Scope: The Financial Analyst FP&A will be an integral member of the asset management team at a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in manufactured housing. This position will be instrumental in generating robust metrics by analyzing financial and operating data and by evaluating vertically integrated business units. This position will work closely with senior team members, both to navigate the business and to ensure analytics are applied to drive best practices.
