Process client’s critical payroll & HR related data in a timely manner and ensure accurate payroll checks for client’s employees. We are third party Payroll Service Bureau. We receive data from clients via web portal, email or fax. Applicant must be able to examine data, notify clients of missing or erroneous information, correct and process. Properly categorize and prepare weekly payroll. Applicant will be responsible for 150- 180 clients (low by industry standards) but must be able to deliver above industry standards for service, accuracy and communications. The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
