We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Accounting team! Accounts Receivable Coordinator Record daily cash receipts for 19 International offices in Elite 3E. Retrieve Lockbox checks and credit card payments daily. Moving client funds, applications and offsets. Process accounts receivable write-offs. Work with the Billing Department to rectify posting issues. Provide accounts receivable reports upon request. POC for client questions regarding invoices and payments. Complete new vendor forms. Provide W9 Forms upon request Issue and process petty cash requests including ordering replenishing cash from the bank and coordinate pickup/drop off with Rapid Armor Truck Company. Obtain foreign currency for Partners, Associates and staff. Work closely with PWC to provide re quested support during our annual audit.
