If you are a reliable and versatile self-starter who is detailed oriented, organized and has a strong Payroll and Accounting/Finance background, we might be a perfect match! Our ideal hire will have the ability to confidentially and accurately administer weekly payroll processing 3 payrolls for nearly 800 associates.
Responsibilities Include:
Processes weekly payroll, review paychecks, generates reports verifying accuracy of payroll entry and organizing the distribution of weekly payroll checks. Audits time and attendance in the time keeping system.
Inputs all time worked, commissions, bonuses, and special pay requests, as well as deductions from pay. Makes required changes to associate information and posts to the payroll system.
