Reporting directly to the Senior Director, HR this full-time Customer Service/Administrative Clerk position is responsible for providing excellent customer service as a key gate way for clients, surveyors, other stakeholders and employees to contact and access support within the AAAHC. The individual in this role will: staff the switchboard including answering and routing external calls, welcome visitors, maintain reception security, perform a variety of clerical and office services duties to help keep the AAAHC running smoothly. Office services duties include mail processing, ordering and stocking supplies, and processing publication/print orders. This individual will assist with meeting planning and organization for events within AAAHC. The ideal candidate will provide general support to the entire organization and administrative support to multiple managers.
Under direction of the SDHR, share responsibility for management of the AAAHC’s multi-line switchboard.
