Provide regular status reports to clients on their projects and deliverables. Review and route incoming support requests from clients (triage and escalation). Prepare software release notifications to clients, including installation procedures.

Fleet Alignment Service is looking for a mechanic to work on steering and suspension components of heavy duty vehicles and perform alignments. A qualified candidate will have mechanical aptitude and some experience working on vehicles. We prefer alignment experience, but will train the right candidate. CDL is a plus, but not a requirement. Applicant must work well with others and be willing to do a multitude of tasks, as well as change direction if needed. There is a potential for a service writing component in the future.
