We have a military government contract representing two medical supply manufacturers currently and are in the process of onboarding more manufacturer/products. We have specific line items available for Military Treatment Facilities (ie, Jacksonville Naval Hospital) and VAs to purchase via a platform called ECAT. What We Are Looking For We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can work collaboratively with NOCO business line partners to define and document business requirements for software development and enhancement projects.  The Senior BA will also work on selected process improvement initiatives and IT related projects.  In this role, you are responsible for capturing, documenting, and gaining approval for business line requirements.
