SCOPE: The Lease Admin  is responsible to oversee lease renewals and rent increases for all tenants (MH, RV, Apartment and Commercial); to maintain and update internal guidelines based on state and local laws; to accurately draft and ensure timely delivery of notices; and generally, to act as a subject matter expert on leasing for Lakeshore. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse and office equipment, working directly with customers, evaluating customers’ material, and preparing incoming and outgoing shipping for the office. The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
