The department serves eight cities with 1.4 million residents and a business sector with more than 17,000 main sewer connections. Responsibilities; 1. Support head of Sales and Bidding by providing necessary information by completing takeoffs and pricing based on the Aerial Standards. a. A critical component is to, identify early in the bidding process, any items shown on the drawings that are not standard to Multifamily dwellings and provide feedback, breakouts, and/or VE options to re-align cost. b. The ability to accurately perform the following calculations; Multifamily Service, Single Family Service, Motor/HVAC Loads, and apply Voltage Drop to these Feeders. c. Support junior Estimators with training in the Aerial Standards, Historical Data, Blue Beam, AerPro (Bid/BOP), McCormack, and electrical standards d.
