Clearview Construction Management is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction and building inspections for a waterfront property in Mystic CT. This project will entail the construction of a 31-unit hotel, a restaurant, 2 small utility buildings, and related site work. The work will be completed primarily with sub-contractors, a Project Manager, a Superintendent, and a small labor staff. The duration is approximately 16 months. We have 3 other projects in the process of design and approvals or going to construction.   Our scope for a Construction Superintendent is as follows: Plan review.
