Our Composite Technicians are responsible for creating and preparing the composites parts and the final assembly of the window unit’s outer shell/frame.  The creation of our composite parts begins with a lay up process where only dry materials are used.  A Gerber machine is operated to cut all parts, heat resistant foam materials are laid onto the window unit shell, then a heat gun is used to bind the materials onto the shell.  After the lay up process is complete, the shell is then vacuum sealed before being placed into oven.
