JOB SUMMARY:  The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing the maintenance and repairs of the stadium including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, control systems, vertical transportation, fire alarm / fire sprinkler systems and stadium seating. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direction, management and oversight of stadium maintenance and repairs by: Provides direction to shop supervisors in the preventative maintenance and repairs to the stadium including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, vertical transportation, fire alarm/ fire sprinkler systems, seats, doors/locks and other facility systems and equipment. Managing and operating building automation system (BAS), ensuring all staff is properly trained to operate effectively and all new equipment is added to maintain an integrated system.
