will assist in banquets and pool kitchen. knife skills must be average to good. must know basic cooking techniques from cooking on the hot line to working in the pantry area. will work side by side with the executive chef when doing banquets, golf outings, etc, and when at the pool it will be short order cooking, giving the chef product order for the week. 

position is a 5 nights a week, 32-40 hours sometimes more if need to. Washing and scrubbing dishes and pots, taking out trash and recycling, sweeping and mopping kitchen area. keeping station organized and cleaned always. sometimes will assist chef in plating banquets.
