We are growing our team of HVAC technicians. RJH knows that its technicians are the face of the company to our clients. With regular interaction with the company owner and experienced managers, our technicians improve their skills and earning potential through training, access to senior technicians, and benefit programs. RJH HVACR technicians work in a wide variety of commercial systems and environments in the DC Metro area including commercial kitchens, secure government buildings, scientific laboratories, research facilities and institutions. Each RJH technician operates independently with their own company-provided truck complete with high-end tools and equipment. Their independence and self-starting approach is balanced with immediate access to our managers & owner that all came up as HVAR technicians. The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
