GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Will perform Field and Sustainment level maintenance, and repair of aircraft, as well as launch and recovery of aircraft prior to and after the conduct of flight activities. Shall work in specialized shops associated with the Field and Sustainment level maintenance, fixed base operations, as well as perform troubleshooting and maintenance repairs on the flight line in support of customer requirements. DUTIES: Performs scheduled inspections and assists in performing special inspections. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This individual will perform repairs on several models of rotary and fixed wing aircraft as well as assist other program events. DUTIES: Support and assist LUH aircrews with flight line and general hangar operations. Maintain and repair UH-60 and C-12 aircraft. Support CFR 145-repair station operations to include working on civil registered aircraft. This position may have an alternating / rotating schedule of hours as this position will be supporting flight operations as the primary duty. Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: HS diploma or equivalent Must hold an FAA A&P license. Must have completed a military 15, 57 or 68 series MOS or vocational school.
