The main function of this position is to perform financial management work relating to the financial activities of the Bureau.  Major job duties are as follows:  Examine financial documents for proper accounting classification and authorization Perform reconciliations Analyze a variety of accounts Enter and process data into various accounts and the general ledger Adjust differences between the general ledger and subsidiary accounts Perform closing entries Prepare monthly trial balances and financial reports Analyze financial and statistical data from a variety of sources
