Responsibilities :
Manage and complete outreach campaigns (phone, mail, online) direct to property owners
Establish new brokerage relationships and manage existing
Travel to target markets and properties
Meet owners face-to-face and build relationships
Target markets are defined work lists (provided) and track owners, contact info, interest in selling, etc.
Confer with analysts for target pricing to present meaningful offers
