The mechanic will perform maintenance and inspection of boilers, chillers, air handlers , cooling towers, reciprocating engines, building and auxiliary equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, steam turbines and compressors . Knowledge of large horsepower industrial equipment with verifiable experience troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment. Experience in the use of precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges). Must have a valid TDL and be insurable; the ability to use common tools used in a plant environment and identify industrial supplies. Ten years minimum directly related experience plus high school diploma or GED required.
