Reporting directly to the Senior Director, HR this full-time Customer Service/Administrative Clerk position is responsible for providing excellent customer service as a key gate way for clients, surveyors, other stakeholders and employees to contact and access support within the AAAHC. The individual in this role will: staff the switchboard including answering and routing external calls, welcome visitors, maintain reception security, perform a variety of clerical and office services duties to help keep the AAAHC running smoothly. Office services duties include mail processing, ordering and stocking supplies, and processing publication/print orders. This individual will assist with meeting planning and organization for events within AAAHC.
