RJH HVACR technicians work in a wide variety of commercial systems and environments in the DC Metro area including commercial kitchens, secure government buildings, scientific laboratories, research facilities and institutions. Each RJH technician operates independently with their own company-provided truck complete with high-end tools and equipment. The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes.  In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects.  This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.  Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties.  Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month.  Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added. Install Propane Tanks and Propane Gas Systems in accordance with NFPA 58, NFPA 54 and all state and local codes.  Repairing and maintaining propane appliances while providing our customers with excellent customer service.  Must be able to work independent of others. Operate company vehicle in a safe, efficient and courteous manner.  Have a 'Can Do' attitude, be a team player when it comes to Safety, Customer Service and fellow employees.
