Crossroads is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as the OPFOR Personnel to support the NSWG2 Tradet Role Players effort. This person would serve various locations on the East Coast and Midwest. The contractor shall provide OPFOR personnel to serve as opposing force (simulated enemy or adversary personnel) personnel during each training even. Each task order will specify the number of OPFOR, days, and working hours required OPFOR shall be required to conduct force-on-force training. Defined in this PWS as the ability to realistically simulate adversary small unit maneuver tactics, techniques and procedures. Shall have the ability to operate non-lethal training aids, simulators and devices.
