These counselors deliver group therapy akin to an outpatient program over a six-month period utilizing WestCare Foundation, Inc. Technical Proposal Maryland DPSCS Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services BPM020644 23 the Addiction Treatment Protocol (ATP) developed in-house, based on the Federal cognitive model.
