1 A Defense is a contracted distributor to the DLA (Defense Logistics Agency). We have a military government contract representing two medical supply manufacturers currently and are in the process of onboarding more manufacturer/products. We have specific line items available for Military Treatment Facilities (ie, Jacksonville Naval Hospital) and VAs to purchase via a platform called ECAT. We currently sell anesthesiology equipment  (specifically laryngoscopes) and sterile processing trays. The job requires personal contact to create awareness to military personnel that these products are available to be acquired via contract.
