Salary: $57,962 DUTIES The Operations Chief is a civil service mariner (CIVMAR) employed by the Navy to serve the Military Sealift Command (MSC) onboard naval auxiliaries and hybrid-manned warships worldwide, in peace and war. The A. Duie Pyle Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed to prepare transitioning soldiers and recent college graduates for a leadership career in Transportation Operations. This is a six month program where you will learn the industry and our operation from the ground up and gain hands-on experience through assignments in various departments and multiple locations.
