Missoula, MT:  $10,000 signing bonus & Season passes for our associates and their partner at Montana Snowbowl.  Associate position for a general dentist in beautiful Missoula, Montana. This position is an average of 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and 2 Saturday shifts per month.  There are many opportunities to pick up more shifts if you like.  Compensation is 32% of your net production.  We are 100% fee for service. No network contracts!  You will be working with a strong team of dentists who will cover your patients when you are off and vice versa.  We frequently swap shifts to allow for up to two weeks of time off in a month without losing any production or compensation.  Our practice is a patient-centered practice, committed to high quality dental care.
