SCOPE: The Director of Utilities is responsible for the many phases of the utility operation in a portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to analyzing data trends, weekly property visits as needed, negotiating annual utility contracts, preparing business plans to meet financial goals, liaison between Corp, field and utility providers/vendors and Lakeshore customers, interact and train field personnel so that the utilities infrastructure is maintained at all times in good physical condition.
