SCOPE:
To be responsible, for all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives. Facilities management, and management of personnel and resources to maintain good physical condition and stabilized fiscal operation.
